The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Department is an evolving entity at The Christ College of Nursing. I was seeking an experienced facilitator who was not only versed in Conflict Resolution; it is equally essential the facilitator could fully grasp the history and core values of Christ School of Nursing.
My first call was to Sharen Sierra; she not only provided an excellent interactive presentation for the faculty, including the President of the College, Gail Kist-Kline.
As it was Black History month, there may have been a thought the presentation might focus on conflicts based on ethnicity. Sharen Sierra's key point is on science and the principles of Heliotropism. How living Organisms prefer to face the sun and grow in the direction of sunlight—the same principles and foundation of both the hospital and college.

Heliotropic Self-Care Joy

Payments
The facilitator will not be able to take any form of payment before, beginning, during or at the conclusion time of the workshop.
Latecomers or No Shows - No Refund
Arrive early or on time for workshops. There is a 10 minute grace period for latecomers to enter the room. After the 10-minute grace period has lapsed entry into the class is the facilitator's decision to allow entry. There are no refunds. No exceptions - Exchange for a future workshop only.
Registration
Each workshop has limited seatings, please reserve and pay for your seat early. When a class is at seating capacity, we will make every attempt to schedule another like or similar workshop.
